1. Delivery Coverage Area
Hefty Mart currently delivers within Mombasa County, including but not limited to:
- Island Area (CBD, Ganjoni, Kizingo, Tudor, Old Town)
- Nyali
- Kizingo
- Bamburi
- Kisauni
- Likoni (subject to ferry availability)
- Shanzu
- Mtwapa (select locations)
Delivery outside these areas may be arranged upon request and may attract additional charges.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before [Insert Cut-off Time]
- Next-Day Delivery: For orders placed after the cut-off time
- Scheduled Delivery: Customers may select a preferred delivery date where available
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Public holidays
- Security or ferry delays (especially for Likoni routes)
- High order volumes
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on:
- Delivery zone
- Distance from the dispatch point
- Order size and weight
The exact delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Promotional free delivery may be offered from time to time under specified conditions.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation

5. Delivery Procedure
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information
- A reachable phone number is required
- Someone must be available to receive the order
If the recipient is unavailable:
- Our rider may wait for a reasonable time
- Redelivery may attract an additional fee

Claims reported long after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
